At the checkout we offer shipping method according to the country we ship and your preferences, among the following ones:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to country we ship, delivery method and parcel weight.

OMNIVA PARCEL - free delivery for orders from 25EUR
OMNIVA COURIER - free delivery for orders from 65EUR
EUROPE STANDARD - free delivery for orders from 100EUR

All orders placed through the One Wolf online shop are subject to verification that can take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, the order is prepared and shipped. The customer is sent a notification e-mail or SMS with the tracking number of the shipment. Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or the delivery method.

SHIPPING TIME AND COURIERS

Average delivery times for the order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) depend on the type of shipping method chosen. During Covid-19 pandemic delivery time can be longer.

OMNIVA PARCEL and OMNIVA COURIER is carried out by "OMNIVA, SIA". You can track your omniva shipment here.

EUROPE STANDARD and WORLD STANDARD delivery is carried out by EMS by Latvian Post. You can track your standard shipment here.

PICK-UP: you can pick up your order at One Wolf Boutique Laipu street 2/4, Riga during our business hours Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 18:00. Contact phone +371 23776667.

Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery due to Latvian public holidays: January 1st, Good Friday, Easter and Easter Monday, May 1st, May 4th, June 24th, November 18th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, December 31st.
